Our booking and cancellation policies encourage clients to communicate any schedule changes well in advance. This is not only about maintaining efficiency; it allows us to make your appointment slot available to someone else who may need immediate assistance. Many clients are on a waiting list and can greatly benefit from an opening that arises from a timely cancellation.
Additionally, these policies help sustain the quality of our practice. Each scheduled appointment is a commitment from our therapists and coaches to prepare and be fully present for you. When a session is missed without proper notice, it prevents our professionals from assisting others and disrupts the planned flow of the day. This affects our ability to serve you and the entire community within our program, as each session is a vital step towards wellness.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events occur, which is why we offer the possibility of waiving the fee in cases of genuine emergencies, with appropriate documentation. This ensures fairness and consideration for all parties involved.
By adhering to our booking and cancellation policies, you help us maintain a high standard of service and availability for all our clients. Your cooperation allows us to provide the best care and support, helping each member of the MASSAAH'G community progress toward their health and wellness goals. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to these policies, as they help us operate smoothly and effectively, enhancing the healing and growth experience for everyone involved.
This includes the initial booking fee. The initial booking fee ensures your commitment to meeting with me in regard to my service to you. I want you to have the best experience possible; and that requires both of our commitments to one another. I appreciate your understanding on this.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a fee of $79 or half of the value of the scheduled service, whichever is greater.
Failing to call or show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification is considered a no-call/no-show.
In the event of a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 100% of the hourly service value in addition to the late cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly through your preferred method (email, phone, or the MASSAAH'G app). Ensure that you receive a confirmation from us regarding your cancellation or new appointment details.
We understand that emergencies can occur that are out of your control. We may waive the cancellation fees at our discretion in the case of severe emergencies, which include but are not limited to medical emergencies or severe weather conditions. Documentation may be requested to validate the nature of the emergency.
Prompt notification of your need to cancel or reschedule helps us manage our schedule and offer the vacated slot to other clients in need. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue providing the best possible service to all of our valued clients.
